Pricing, Specifications & Availability

All prices are in US dollars. All specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

 

Pactech online orders will generate order# on e-mail to customers as immediate response, which does not mean that the buy-sell transaction is confirmed. We will notify customers for product un-availability, change of price, delayed shipment, discontinuation or change of product.

 

Listed price does NOT include shipping, sales tax and insurance caused by shipping.

 
Shipping Methods & Shipping Discrepancies

Shipping:

We will ship most orders within 48-72 hours. We will ship packages by UPS and the POD (proof of delivery) can be tracked by visiting www.ups.com

All orders are shipped standard ground unless customer chooses to expedite the order. Expedited shipping will be at higher rates than standard shipping. Shipping costs are based on shipping address and the weight of orders. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

UPS Next Day Air

Delivery by next business day after ship out

UPS 2nd Day Air

Delivery by the end of the second business day after ship out

UPS Ground

Delivery within 2-6 business days after ship out, based on distance to destination

 

Shipping Discrepancies:

It is customers¡¦ responsibility to receive and check if the item(s) is /are correct. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days after receipt of order will prevent us from providing credit memo, replacement or any other way of compensation.

Local Pickup / Will Call Orders:

Local customers are welcome to pick up orders after 24 hours window. You can call in advance to make sure your order is ready. The pick-up hours are between 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday, and we are closed from 12pm to 1pm for lunch.


Payment Methods, Net Terms & Sales Tax

Payments:

In general, all payments for Pactech on-line orders are through PayPal which will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

Net Terms:

Net term can be set up with corporate accounts only with good status in trade reference and bank data. Please contact Net Term Setup for corporate account application form and agreement including late fee and interest charge. 

Sales Tax:

By law, California users and residents will pay CA sales tax, unless the purchase is for reselling purpose. For CA Resale certificate, please go to www.pactech-inc.com/pdf/ca-resale.pdf to download the form.


Warranty & Returns

Warranty:

Pactech will provide limited lifetime warranty against defects and labor on all distributed cables and non-electronic products. Warranty does not apply to damaged, misused items. Warranty is not transferrable and requires original invoice as proof of purchase.

Pactech will provide one year warranty on all electronic products or accessories against defects in workmanship and labor. However, no warranty will be applied to damage from misuse or abusing at usage of the product. Warranty is not transferrable, and it requires having proof of purchase with original invoice.

Replaceent/Repair:

Pactech will replace or repair the product or part of the product, which, by QC inspection, is found to be defective or DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). The bad product will be returned to Pactech with original invoice copy, all packaging and components.

Returns:

RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) must be requested and received by customer before sending the return merchandise. Please download the RMA form to request a RMA#, and email the finished form to rma@pactech-inc.com or fax it to (408) 526-123. Our RMA request form can be downloaded at www.pactech-inc.com/pdf/rma.pdf.

The RMA request form has to be filled with correct information regarding purchase invoice #, item P/N, customer name, address for shipping-to, phone #, and a brief description of claimed defects or issues.

The RMA# must be displayed on the outside of your return shipping box and returned to:

All returns must come with a copy of RMA form with RMA# and original receipt. Otherwise, the RMA progress may take longer time to be completed.

It is customer's responsibility to cover all shipping cost of the returned product.
