Ordering
Orders can be placed with PacTech via phone (408-526-9363) or fax
(408-526-1233) from Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Shipping & Payments
All initial orders placed with PacTech will be on certified C.O.D.
basis. PacTech will accept major credit card, and company check.
After the initial order all orders will be on regular C.O.D. basis
pending approval of terms. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Terms will be granted upon approval of a fully completed PacTech
credit application. PacTech reserves the right to refuse, cancel,
or limit credit to any customer and reserves the right to refuse
any orders or returns.
Return Policy
To return products, please call the RMA department at PacTech for
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and then we will fax you
an RMA form. After filling out and faxing back the RMA form, PacTech
will issue an RMA number which must be written on the returning
package(s), or the package(s) will be refused.
Restocking
For all non-defective returned merchandise, there is a 15% restocking
fee. Defective and mis-shipped merchandise will be replaced with
no restocking fee.
